Each day is a combination of full-group work and workshops with your course cohort. You will receive planning resources each day that support a scaffolded planning schedule with milestones throughout the five days, so you are sure to leave with a project plan that is ready to integrate with your curriculum.
We will be at the University of Vermont. Our full-group space is a large meeting room with windows and an atrium (below). Breakout rooms for team or small group planning are typical classrooms or study rooms. Informal breakout spaces can also be used in the atrium or outdoor spaces.
No. You can choose to commute or book your own lodging. There is no reduction in tuition if you do not stay in the dorm.
Your tuition fee includes a private air-conditioned room. Individual bathrooms with locking doors are centrally located on the hall. The dorms are right next door to the dining hall and our work space.
Breakfast and lunch are provided cafeteria style in the dinning hall next to the dorm. All food accommodations are available. Everyone is on their own for dinner in downtown Burlington.
